I Am A Boat Person has partnered with Westpac’s Davidson Institute to create a free Financial Literacy Program for refugees.

Financial literacy is understanding how money works, how to feel in control and how to manage your money effectively. Financial literacy involves every decision we make in order to reach our financial goals.

Superannuation, tax, contracts, banks and everything in between are challenging for everyone, but for people who are refugees financial literacy has its own unique challenges.

We have delivered a series of successful sessions and will be running more! Follow us on Facebook and Instagram to stay up to date.

Would you like us to run Financial Literacy in your local area? Let us know at education@iamaboatperson.org.au
